Purple Door Portico, Emu Pixie Portal 2017

Maximum size: 150 mm tall, 150 mm wide, 45 mm in depth (+15 mm for steps).
Body sculpted in layers of card. Roof has perspex windows.
Door sculpted in layers of card with swing opening letterbox. Door has magnets shutting system.
All matt varnished for durability.
Inside door has perspex letter grill containing two hand made paper envelopes. There are
different notes inside each envelope, but you will have to break them open to see!
Inside back is a photographic Emu and hand painted neck and foliage in acrylic paints. 
Inside sides and ceiling covered in acrylic mirrors.
Inside floor is hand painted black and white 'tiles' in acrylic paints.
​Separate plant pot hand made in clay with hand grown miniature rose and dried lichen. All matt varnished for durability.
